Northeast Volunteer Board
The DPD Northeast Volunteer Board, Inc. was established to serve as a liaison between the volunteer community and the Northeast Division of the Dallas Police Department. The Board recruits volunteers to serve the DPD Northeast Division, provides the necessary training to assist volunteers, and recognizes those volunteers for their dedicated service. Additionally, the Board assists with the quarterly crime summit, publishes a volunteer newsletter describing community policing activities, and raises funds as needed for special initiatives.
